Human capacity development is the process of systematically upskilling individuals to benefit society as a whole. Once a person has been trained and educated, they move out into their respective society and create economic, social, and institutional value.

BTA Foundation aims to be problem solvers for many in their generation. We facilitate capacity building training programs through seminars, workshops, and entrepreneurial trainings towards financial stability of Kwarans. This is accomplished by assisting artisans with soft empowerment finance and organizing Agricultural Festivals towards genuine financial growth to self-sustenance.

The Foundation also creates financial impacts for small and medium entrepreneurs for the purpose of expanding their businesses towards creating employment for youths and the aged. We support and give education to the less privileged children in the society, while giving best students in the WAEC/NECO/WASC Scholarships for their tertiary education in Federal institutions.

In addition, BTA Foundation supports and engages in massive town to town voters’ education. We support and engage in Human Right Advocacy for the downtrodden and people who fall prey to injustice. We engage in Community Development Services while complementing the Government at both state and Federal level.

Furthermore, BTA Foundation assists youths and school children through inter school competitions towards the development of their potentials, realization of their academic/personal ambitions and to become productive and useful instruments for societal growth and development. We organize inter-city football competitions towards fostering unity among the youths.

In conclusion, BTA Foundation plays a significant role in human capacity development in Kwara State and Nigeria. Through our various initiatives, they are not only enhancing individual skills but also contributing to societal growth and development. Our work is a testament to the power of human capacity development in transforming communities and nations.
