BTA FOUNDATION SET TO COMMENCE OYINBO FARMER TRAININGS ON SEPTEMBER 25TH, 2024

Just In: BTA Foundation Set to Commence Oyinbo Farmer Trainings on September 25th, 2024

The BTA Foundation is pleased to announce that the Oyinbo Farmer Scheme will commence its training program on September 25th, 2024. After a successful registration phase and thorough screening process, all shortlisted trainees are advised to check their emails for an onboarding link to the online training platform from Wednesday 11th September, 2024.

The training would commence with WhatsApp Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Leads Generation on 25th.

Branding, Customer Relationship Management would follow, Selling food stuffs in Nigeria would then follow and it would be concluded with Export of Agricultural food items and presentation of N50,000 to ten (10) trainees to start their businesses.

The Oyinbo Farmer Scheme, launched by the BTA Foundation, aims to provide training and support to people in the agri-business sector. The initiative seeks to equip beneficiaries with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to thrive in the agricultural business industry.

The foundation believes Agriculture is rich, but richer and beneficial with the value addition and marketing skills, if taught and implemented.

The Oyinbo Farmer initiative seeks to liberate our young people from idleness, unemployment into creativity and productivity.

The trainings if properly implemented will see lots of entrepreneurs rise in Kwara South.

The 2024 edition of Oyinbo Farmer will produce at least 3 items that will begin to flourish both at the local and international markets.

The online training program will cover comprehensive modules on modern farming techniques, sustainable practices, business management, branding, and marketing. Participants will also receive practical experience and ongoing support and mentorship from agricultural experts.

Ten beneficiaries will also receive a start-up grant of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) each to support their agricultural ventures.

The BTA Foundation remains committed to its mission of transforming lives and creating opportunities. The Oyinbo Farmer Scheme is to show the foundation’s obligations to sustainable development and economic empowerment.

All shortlisted trainees are encouraged to check their emails regularly for the onboarding link and to prepare for the online and physical training programs commencing on September 25th, 2024 and would run for 5 days consecutively.
