Amofin Akogun condoles with Amb. Solomon Alabi over mother’s death
Amofin Titiloye Akogun has expressed his Condolences to the House of Assembly candidate for Isin State constituency in the last general elections, Amb. Solomon Alabi over the death of his mother, Iya Aladura.
Akogun in a his condolence message on Tuesday described the late Iya Aladura as a loving, kindhearted and dedicated mother with unequal affection for her family, Isin community and the state at large.
The President Barrister Titilope Akogun (BTA) Foundation said the deceased would be remembered for championing the cause of unity, peaceful co- existence and communal understanding among her people and beyond.
He described Iya Aladura as a devoted and committed Christian, Evangelist, woman leader, who dedicated her entire life to the service of God and humanity.
Amofin Akogun said the passing of Iya Aladura might be a bitter pill to swallow, he however acknowledged the fact that she left remarkable legacies and testimonies that would remain indelible in the minds of the people for a very long time to come.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with Amb. Solomon Alabi, the Isin community and the state on the death of our illustrious, loving , kindhearted and dedicated mother, Iya Aladura.
“It is our prayer that God will grant her soul eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
